Washington Street Apartments
Subsidized Housing
The Washington Street Apartments are a federally subsidized project financed by USDA Rural Development. The rent is based on income guidelines. The apartments are designed for persons at least 62 years old or individuals with handicaps, disabilities, or other special needs. There are 7 two-bedroom units, 15 one-bedroom units, and 2 one-bedroom handicap units.
