• Use courteous language; verbal abuse, threats, or discriminatory language will not be tolerated.
• Follow staff instructions at all times.

Privacy and Confidentiality

• Respect the privacy of all residents and staff.
• Do not take photos, videos, or recordings without permission.
• Do not enter restricted areas unless authorized.

Health and Safety

• Do not visit if you are feeling ill, have a contagious condition, or have recently been exposed to someone with an infectious disease.
• Follow all infection control measures, including wearing masks or other PPE if required.
• Wash or sanitize hands regularly.

Children and Supervision

• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Some areas may not be appropriate for children; please follow posted signs and staff guidance.

Substance Use and Prohibited Items

• The use of tobacco, alcohol, or illicit drugs is strictly prohibited.
• Weapons or any items that could be perceived as weapons are not allowed on the premises.

Consequences of Violating This Code

Failure to follow this Code of Conduct may result in being asked to leave the premises and/or restricted visitation rights. In cases of aggressive or illegal behavior, security or law enforcement may be involved.
